Moulders Bellows For Blowing out and Cleaning of loose particles

Moulders Bellows

The quality of moulds and resulting castings are greatly improved if blown out with bellows  prior to assembling the flasks. This prevents small grains of loose sand becoming inclusions in the final casting.

Some moulders reduce the length of the nozzle to prevent it catching on the sand. Whilst others prefer to keep it long to reach deep recesses.
