Not to be confused with whiting which is not as fine and does not pass through the parting powder dust bag as easily.
The product contains no substance classified as hazardous to health according to EC directive Function Parting Powder prevents all types of moulding sand that is packed around the pattern to be removed easily from the sand without sticking of sand to the pattern or adjoining sand. Recommended application The parting powder is sprinkled from a finely woven dusting bag over and around the pattern onto any surface that easy separation is required from. Be careful not to use too much in corners and on fine patterns as detail can be lost. Health and Safety data sheet provided.
