Rejuvenating Reconditioning Oil for Mansbond Oil Sand as provided by the manufacturer.
(Photo shows 5 Litre container order supplied 250ml  small bottle)

To be effective this needs to be well mixed with the sand to be reconditioned preferably in a Mulling machine to ensure thorough coverage of sand grains.

As all sands vary in dryness due to use and age the foundryman must assess by test to ensure correct consistency. Therefore it is applied gradually to the correct consistency. It can be useful to keep some of the dry sand to one side incase you do overwet as adding the dryer sand will then help dry it out.

This is for use with oil based sands and should not be used to try and bind dried greensands which are water based.
