Mould Blacking Refractory Coat
GZA4 PASTE (Please note we can't get hold of this product and are sening mould whiting as replacement which does the same job)
DESCRIPTION A high zircon content graphite/zircon/talc content mould/core coating suitable for most alloy types especially cast irons and bronzes, Grey in colour
USAGE Can be diluted with Isopropanol alcohol to the required viscosity (ideally around 60B) and is suitable for brushing, dipping and spraying. The product may require more Isopropanol alcohol for spraying.
BENEFITS Once applied, the coating can either be flamed {recommended). or allowed to dry. Flaming ensures the coating is fully dried and hardened- GZA4 gives excellent surface finish on the casting', and hardens sufficiently to prevent metal penetration, which can also lead to savings in the fettling area,
PACKAGING Supplied as a paste form for export in Un approved open top steel drums- Available in either 40 kg (25 litre) palls or 300 kg (205 litre) drums.
